On April 25, 2024, Silver Spike Investment Corp. (“SSIC”) issued a press release announcing that it will (i) report its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2024 before market open on Friday, May 10, 2024, and (ii) discuss those financial results in an earnings conference call and webcast at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Friday, May 10, 2024. This press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
